Pair of Italian Tole Beds
About the Item
Stunning pair of tole metal bed frames, with lovely patina and wonderful scenic paintings. All original with the exception of a few cross braces. Head and footboards have scenic medallions and cast metal gilt accented filigree 'crowns' and scroll form feet. A truly great expression of 19th Century form. Mattress size 35" x 73". Height of headboard is 52", footboard is 48"
